Thanks for the links. Sorry I just got around to looking at them. I've been busy trying to buy a house past few days! Don't know if I've got it though.
Does it make a difference to you whether we buy print or ebook? You get royalties either way, don't you? If so, I'll order the pdf version.
I actually make more from ebooks then print (I don't remember the numbers - it's over 30% ebooks, I wanna say 8% print - tit for tat, it works out to like a dime more one way then the other). My thing with selling stuff is I'd rather sell it in the format that works better for that individual, so ebooks is probably great for most, but if there's no ereader in sight, that default is print. I developed this habit as a waitress - we were told to up sell but it always felt pushy, so my technique is figure out what people want/need, and go from there. My publisher says ebooks are the future, but I know people who haven't switched, and that's okay - I have my kobo and I still read and buy print books.
And as for where - the only preference to the publisher site is she keeps more, and there's usually multiple downloads available, so you can get I think up to three copies of a book.
