You're traveling around the area for your job, is that right? I thought Winnipeg was already quite small, but from the sounds of things McCreary is even smaller and quieter. What do you do on these trips?

Have you read my LJ lately? I had posted some thoughts about your book after reading it. Don't know if you've seen it yet.

Manitoba's population surpassed 1 million people I think back in the 90's - to put things into perspective, I think we're at 1.2 now; with half living in Winnipeg, our next biggest city is around 40,000 people, and the rest of the population in smaller communities, mostly farming or mining base, but the tar-sands have got to be thriving with people. McCreary is tiny - around 500 people. The Parkland is around 30,000 people.

Haven't read what you have to say about my book yet - but I will now! Hope it was okay.
