here is what i have learned this summer: i really like being alone. i'm pretty good at it too. i liked waking up in my housesitting house early in the morning and hanging out with nora and merlin and petting nora with my (tan) foot. (hahaha i'm such an imagery geek.) i like eating lunch by myself on my lunch hour and sitting in a restaurant or cafe

I had the same summer lesson kiki! When i went to Texas alone, I realized how nice it is to just have time by yourself.. I also spent quiite a bit of time sitting in cafes, reading and sipping lemonade, and it was truly wonderful. I told my aunt about this, and she said it was the perfect thing to learn about yourself, because
"Now, you will never be lonely."
I'm not sure about that, but it's a nice thought.
