double my meds?

I can't tell if the anxiety I've been having lately is due to work stress, the fact that we are moving soon, new dog, possible new car, having my sister over to visit, etc.....or if I need to start doubling my Paxil. Maybe my meds finally plateau'd and now I need more. I'm confused

i'd blame it on all the crap going on in your life.... but say, for a week, double the paxil, and see if it helps, then once shit smooths out, reduce it back to normal dose.
