I am so excited!!! After only a few days on the market I received an offer on my condo today. A little offer/counter-offer led to an agreement.... only verbal now. I'll sign all the papers with the changes tomorrow. I can't believe how quickly this happened. Guess it shows that pricing your home right really helps it sell, lol. Now I've got
