My plant drowned.

I think I killed my plant by watering it. It's one of those air plants that don't need much water. Actually it survived for 1.5 months with me ever only sprinkling some water once. 2 days ago I decided to give it a shower of water and that's when it started to die. Bit by bit, it's hard green leaves withered into dry brown twigs.

my basil plant died from overwatering too. next time, i will just make the whole plant into pesto before it dies.

are basils hard to maintain? i've been wanting to get me one as well since I heard it has anti mosquito properties. dunno whether that's true. dengue's becoming a big problem in singapore.
