Title: Third Degree
Pairing: Namsong
Rating: PG-13
Genre: Romance, Angst
Prompt #5: Mino's been treating Taehyun colder than usual and Taehyun can't take it anymore and confronts him about it.
The first time it happens, Taehyun didn't think much of it because it was a stressful week for everyone in Team A; they were all at wits end with the self-composition, strenuous choreography, and endless memorization. They had just pulled two all-nighters alongside some medications to keep them going, their bodies fighting to stay strong under duress that would meaning nothing once they debuted and debut they will.
So Taehyun doesn't think much of anything as he turns off his computer and grabs his jacket, his shoulders aching from bending over his screen all day, his fingers numb and battered with traces and lines of the keyboard.
"Mino! We're going out to eat tonight, you coming?" Seunghoon asks as he pulls on his favorite beanie, the other members following suit as they all throw on pieces of clothing to protect them against the cold, their feets rushing to the door, their bodies exhausted but eager to get out. They all huddle together at the entrance with small smiles on their faces, the comfort of food and sleep a beckoning promise after another tiring day.
"No. I'm going to stay behind for a bit." Mino says without looking up from the computer screen, his fingers typing away with harsh clacks, his hands just as tired as the others but not enough to stop. He continues to type and type and type as a heavy silence overcomes the room, the members exchanging wary gazes before they fall upon the maknae whose own eyes seem glued to the rapper, a heavy pout on his cupid lips.
The youngest slowly breaks away from the group and instead walks towards the seated rapper, his fingers lightly touching and tracing the outline of the chair. He silently stands behind Mino and watches him type for a slow and heavy minute before places a hand on Mino's shoulder, the other instantly stiffening at the contact as the clacks of the keyboard come to a sudden halt, his muscles straining under Taehyun's fingers, his back upright and constrained, as if his body was burned with a vile touch.
"Hyung, it would be nice if you came with us to eat." Taehyun softly says as he tries to ignore the violent stab in his chest at how uncomfortable and out of place Mino feels at his touch, at how distant the rapper suddenly is even though they're touching. Taehyun tries to ignore how wrong this whole atmosphere feels when it shouldn't because they've always been close, always intimate and affectionate with each other. He tries really hard to ignore it all but hopelessly fails as Mino's body remains stiff and distant, his posture screaming to "let go!" and so Taehyun does, his heart heavy and his chest tight.
Taehyun awkwardly drops his hand from Mino's shoulder and takes a step back as Mino resumes typing, the elder boy not once glancing back at the maknae or the members as the low clacks of the keyboard envelops the room once again. Taehyun mutely stands behind Mino, expecting something, anything from the rapper because Mino has never been this curt towards Taehyun, this detached towards the maknae.
"Eat without me." Are the only words that leave Mino's lips as he grabs his headphones and pops them in, the whole world drowned out and his eyes focused on the screen, his fingers a mind of their own as one verse appears after another on the screen.
Taehyun bites his bottom lip and tries his damn best to not lash out that no, he doesn't want to eat if Mino isn't with him, not now, not ever. He bites his lip to not yell out that without Mino, the food would be tasteless and colorless, that he would never be full no matter how much he ate. He bits down the urge to scream that he doesn't want to do anything without Mino because they were two pieces that made a whole. He bites and clenches his fists as he turns around and walks past the members, his face composed and collected as he opens the door, the members throwing a quick glance at Mino before they follow suit.
The door closes behind him with a soft thud that was like a harsh clap in Taehyun's ear as he makes his way down the YG building and out into the cool night of Seoul, his mind empty and blank. He doesn't remember much of that night or how he got to the restaurant and what he had for dinner or how he arrived at the apartment and fell asleep fully clothed with dry tears staining his face. He doesn't remember much except Mino's cold back and low words that felt like they were coming from a stranger rather than the Mino that Taehyun had come to know, understand, and care for.
The second time it happens, Taehyun tries to not think much of it because he knew that he was a shit of a dancer compared to Seunghoon and Mino, especially with new techniques that he had yet to master. He knew that very well, so maybe Mino had every reason to snap at him when he fell out of line halfway through, messing up the whole choreography and forcing the members to restart.
"It's not that hard. It's six simple steps, so get them right." Mino says in a clipped tone as he passes Taehyun, his words a harsh slap across Taehyun's face as he gazes at the dance mirror ahead, at Mino's reflection as the rapper grabs a quick drink from the bottle before he turns around, Taehyun's gaze quickly falling to the floor. Mino passes him in silence as he takes his position on the far left side of the choreography arrangement, Taehyun at the far right.
The practice continues well into the early morning hours with various complaints and cries of fatigue, the members faltering into a tedious slump of the same steps over and over, some faring better than others. Even Seunghoon was starting to feel the weight of sleep on his body as his shoulders slightly sagged with each passing hour, his legs barely holding him up.
Taehyun wasn't faring any better as he missed almost every step, his concentration on the dance completely gone and instead replaced with self-pity at the cold treatment and harsh tone from Mino. He would try to follow the steps with a cautious flow but would only end up forgetting them and faltering when he thinks about Mino's displeased face, as if Taehyun was the bane of his existence. And no matter how much that thought physically hurt, Taehyun would ignore it and try to get his head back into the choreography because this was not the time; they had an evaluation in two days and there was no room for anything but concentration on the dance.
So Taehyun locks down his emotions and bites the bullet as he actively focuses on following Seunghoon's lead, the older boy fluidly moving through the dance floor as if he was made for it. Taehyun zones out his surroundings and just allows his body to take reign over itself, his arms moving through the air, his legs kicking into the floor, his face absorbed and slightly relaxed as a small comforting smile starts to play on his lips as he drowns in the music that was his everything; music that gave him pain and happiness alongside goals and aspirations. Music that gave him life.
Taehyun dances almost close to perfection for the next two hours, his mood slightly improved as he smiles at Seungyoon when he passes the leader in a twirl, a giggle towards the eldest hyung as he interlocks arms with him, a small chuckle when Seunghoon glides in front of him with crossed-eyes, the members subconsciously doing their best to cheer up the sullen maknae. And so Taehyun dances and smiles and dances some more with light and easy movements before he's suddenly right in front of Mino, the rapper's face closing off immediately as he turns around and strides away from the younger boy, his posture rigid and stiff as he stands next to Jinwoo, the eldest hyung welcoming him with a smile as the two engage in hushed conversation.
Taehyun's small yet hard earned smile that the members worked so hard to attain slips off his lips and shatters to the ground with a noiseless crack as he sucks in a deep shaky breath, one that slowly fills up him to the brim only to do nothing as the neglected throb in his chest grows larger and larger with each step Mino takes away from him. His cracked and dry lips start to tremble in small shakes, his hands clenched into fists as he watches Mino's back, his eyes threatening to cloud his vision with tears that were long overdue.
Taehyun swiftly turns around when the members walk back towards him to the starting position of the routine, his eyes tightly closed to hold the tears back. He inhales a couple of deep breaths and brings a sloppy hand up to his face before he composes himself, his heart far from whole, his body far from ready. He slowly turns around and avoids looking at Mino at all costs as the older rapper comes to a stop across from him, his orbs chilled and his face disinterested as he silently listens to Seunghoon explain the next portion of the routine. Taehyun's eyes never leave the floor as he drowns out everything and everyone, his erratic beating heart the only sound keeping him anchored as it beats like a drum, heavy and harshly.
"So I need Mino and Taehyunie to be behind me at the chorus, right there. And you two need to make sure to rely on each other or else you'll end up colliding and--"
"I'll do it with Seungyoon or Jinwoo." Mino interrupts Seunghoon as his icy orbs land on the main dancer, his arms folded across his chest, his lips a downward spiral. Seunghoon's eyes dilate in surprise as brings up a flabbergasted index finger before putting it down, his gaze flying between Mino and Taehyun, the other two members silent and uneasy.
"Well, I had you and Taehyun in mind at this part since you two are the next best dancers, so I thought--"
"Seungyoon is just as good, so I'll do it with him. " Mino interjects again with a series of surprised coughs leaving Seunghoon's lips, his face dumbfounded and overcome with uncertainty as his gaze lands on a suddenly meek and shaken Taehyun, the maknae's eyes boring holes into the ground as his whole body quakes in small labored breaths, his hands painfully wrenched together. Seunghoon turns back to Mino and is welcomed with a stony face that shows no emotion but clear conviction that the rapper doesn't want to have anything to do with Taehyun, his eyes empty and non-apologetic for his words.
And that just instills a new found irritation within Seunghoon because whatever the hell was going on between Mino and Taehyun was their own problem, one they could handle on their own time but the way Mino spoke of Taehyun, as if the maknae didn't exist irked the dancer the wrong way, his mouth suddenly on fire to grind the younger rapper.
"Look, Mino-yah. I don't think that's fair to Taehyun since he's a damn well good dancer. And I don't know what your problem is but we're sticking with my original plan." Seunghoon says as he hands out the routine sheet to Mino who doesn't take it, his arms still crossed and his face glum with discontent. Seunghoon holds out the sheet nonetheless and raises a brow, almost in a form of a challenge before Taehyun's hand shoots up and grabs it, a strained smile gracing his devastated face as he turns to face Seunghoon, his back to Mino.
"Hyung, it's okay. I don't mind sitting this one out." Taehyun softly says, his eyes anywhere but Seunghoon, his orbs crushed, his hands trembling, his body suddenly so small for a maknae that was always so large and full of life. Seunghoon tries to speak up but Taehyun quickly beats him to it as he turns around to face the rest of the members, his gaze actively avoiding Mino. "Seungyoon-hyung can take my part and I'll just go rest for a bit. Goodnight."
Taehyun says in one swift breath as he pushes past Seunghoon and towards the door, his finger roughly swinging the door open, his body more so tired at Mino's words rather than the demanding dance routine, his legs swaying him left and right as the path in front of him becomes a big blur of shadows. He miserably marches down the halls with his tears finally at their limit as they gentle stream down his face, the salty liquid greeting his lips in an unfortunate hello.
And just before the door had shut, Taehyun could have sworn he heard Seunghoon scolding Mino with an angry and disappointed tone, the voices of the other members a soft whisper of displeasure as they too berate the rapper. But Taehyun couldn't be fully sure of anything anymore because the second he reaches the restroom, he pitifully collapses into one of the stalls and hides his face in between his knees, his tears relentless against his cheeks, his choking sobs a wretched sound against the tiled walls, his heavy breathing a painful task against his lungs that ache with each inhale.
He doesn't know how long he stays there or how long he cries, how long it has been since he just let it all go and not give a damn, as he arches into his knees. He doesn't know if he threw up into the toilet bowl for being too weak and too pathetic or if he threw up onto the floor, his shoulders straining against the weight of everything and nothing, of being discarded so easily by Mino. He doesn't know how empty he feels inside because his heart just keeps pumping out every wretched emotion of humiliation and repulsion he felt from Mino only to sob harder for the older boy when he comes to realize how much he's fallen and how he has no way of getting back up.
An anguished sob leaves Taehyun's lips at that thought because no matter how strong his feelings are for the older boy, they would never see the sunlight nor blossom to anything more when Mino's cold orbs refuse to look at him. Taehyun's eyes grow hazy with tears that would just not stop no matter how much he willed himself to get a grip and to get up, his mind warning him that this wasn't the time nor place. He ignores his wretched being and feebly cries into his jeans as the light lingers way from his eyes and instead darkens with shadows that consume him like a warm embrace, his body finally giving out and collapsing in on itself.
Taehyun anxiously welcomes the realm of sleep and frantically grabs at it, the idea of being unconscious and almost dead to the world a promising comfort, his body worn out and resigned. He closes his eyes and hopes to never open them again.
The third time it happens, Taehyun completely loses it because enough was enough, his patience worn thin and strained to the point of no return, his hands now aching to hurt and punch something rather than cowering away. His whole demeanor has changed and is fed up with Mino's cold treatment, his heart thumping with the desire to break free because he's done feeling sorry for himself. He's done waiting for something that wasn't going to happen, something that was never there in the first place because what Taehyun felt for Mino was the closest he would ever come to "loving" or rather, was foolish enough to believe it was love.
And like a fool no more, his orbs are now clouded with furious rage as he glares down at Mino, a set of steel orbs that won't settle until they have burned a hole onto Mino, an imprint on the golden skin that would haunt and follow the rapper no matter how far his steps took him away from Taehyun. An imprint that screamed of Taehyun's anger and hate and pain of the past month, a mark that would only grow larger and larger with every breath Mino took.
"What is your problem?" Taehyun asks with venom in his voice as he eyes Mino, the rapper having the audacity to not even look at him, his gaze on the bathroom mirror behind Taehyun, his face disinterested in the conversation, his body detached from his surroundings. Taehyun bites his tongue to avoid cursing the older boy and opts for waiting, his patience almost nonexistent.
"There is no problem." Mino finally says as his gaze falls upon on Taehyun, the maknae rigid for a mere second at the heavy weight of those brown orbs on him, chilled and unfriendly to the core before he clenches his fits. He slowly swallows back a violent sob that's threatening to make its out of his lips, ready to wreck his composure as he exhales a deep breath.
"Then let me rephrase that: am I your problem?" Taehyun asks as Mino's eyes dilate with actual emotions other than iciness and detachment, his lips parting before they draw together into a thin, displeased line. He turns his head away from Taehyun and instead gazes towards the restroom door, the only path of escape, of freedom.
And Taehyun will be damned if he allows the older boy to leave without a fight after he had finally worked up the courage to face him, to pull him aside from the practice room and march him down to the restroom, his hands aching with the need to lock the door and to pull Mino closer at the same time.
"I'm not letting you go until we got to the bottom of this." Taehyun says knowingly as he eyes Mino's gaze towards the door, the rapper turning his head away from the metal entrance and to the maknae that suddenly looked older than his age, his face stricken with dark bags under his eyes, his lips pale and chapped. "You can ignore me and hate me all you want but it's you and I right now, so I'm not letting you go without getting any answers."
"I don't need your permission to do anything." Mino coldly spits as he strides towards the door, his feet not two steps forward before Taehyun steps in front of him and grabs his forearm, his grip desperate and reluctant before Mino turns around on him and pushes him up against the stall door, Taehyun's back hitting it with a harsh thud. "Do. Not. Touch. Me."
Mino slowly enunciates with a growl as he steps into Taehyun's space with each word, his face drawing closer and closer to the maknae's before his lips are practically hovering over Taehyun's, his dark orbs inflamed and displeased. Taehyun stifles a soft cry of pain from the door hinge stabbing his back as his body tries to claw itself away from Mino's grip, the rapper too close and too angry, the stabbing pain against his back softening to a dull throb that suddenly made him want to manically laugh aloud because he physically felt nothing.
The metal against his back was the feeling-less kind of pain that was nothing compared to the degree of hurt and pain Mino had emotionally put Taehyun through, pain that was far worse than a meager piece of ore jabbing against his back, his eyes doing their best to not water, his lips holding their own to stay firm and straight. Taehyun's entire being was fighting to stay strong because he was not going to break down, not now, not again.
"Then don't ignore me, you bastard." Taehyun snaps back furiously as he sucks in a deep breath, his pulse rapidly beating in his eardrums too loudly and too unevenly, his hands clenching into fists at his sides as he goes lack, his weight sagging against the door. "Don't pretend like I don't exist when I am right in front of you, you ass."
Taehyun angrily exclaims as he unclenches his fist and pushes them against Mino's chest, propelling the rapper back into a series of stumbles before his back hits the sink counter, Taehyun closing in on him with rage and seething words, his face a far cry from the previously tired and defeated maknae, his demeanor peeved and exasperated.
"Don't tell me to not touch you when you ignore me for a month, acting as if I never existed, as if I was a shadow that you never wanted to shed light on. Don't tell me to not touch you when you took everything that was sacred between us and threw it down the drain as if it was shit, as if I was nothing, as if all of this--"
"Shut your mouth and move." Mino commands with a clipped tone, his eyes closed with furrowed brows, his body coiled into itself as if avoiding Taehyun's touch, as if he will be burned and scarred by it. And that just seethes rage into Taehyun's bones because even in this situation, Mino was acting as if Taehyun was the bane of his existence, a nightmare he wishes to rid of.
"I won't move until you tell my why you are ignoring me." Taehyun snarls back just as angrily and impatiently, his fists eager to grab ahold of Mino and shake him senseless in hopes of some sort of answer, one that will fall right out of him and resolve this mess because Taehyun was just about done with all of this, his heart losing it's strength to carry on with the argument. "I'm not moving because I'm tired of constantly seeing your back when I turn to you. I'm tired of being attacked by your silenced words when I try to talk to you. I'm fucking tired so please just tell me what have I done to deserve such treatment?"
Taehyun pleads as his voice drowns out into a whisper that rings across the bathroom, his brows deeply slanted, his lips cracked and dry, his eyes vulnerable and skittish. His entire being is expectant and apprehensive as he waits for Mino, his eyes closely following the other's with a heavy and unpleasant silence enveloping the air, the older boy looking more and more withdrawn with each passing second, his posture almost defensive, as if he was dreadful of something, someone.
And that just raises white flags in Taehyun's mind as he exhales a deep sigh and sags backwards, his gaze glued to the rapper that suddenly looked like a lost child in Taehyun's eyes, small and unsure of everything.
"We weren't always like this, hyung." Taehyun softly says as he leans back against the stall door, giving Mino some space because it looked like the rapper needed it for reasons that Taehyun doesn't understand but rather felt, his body moving away on it's own accord. "We are the two closest in Team A and yet you and I felt like strangers this whole month. So please, tell me what's wrong."
Taehyun gently pleads with a hopeful gaze as he silently watches Mino, the older boy's eyes not once having left the floor as he remains frozen and rigid, his head hung between his shoulders in a tense manner, as if the slightest touch from Taehyun would make him snap. And so Taehyun waits and waits and waits as the the murmurs outside the restroom grow louder and louder before they fade away, silence overtaking the restroom once more.
"I can't do this." Mino finally says after a long silence as he stands up and makes his way towards the door, Taehyun caught-off guard for a split second as he stares at the empty space in front of him that was once Mino before he frantically dashes forward, his hand reaching for Mino as it grabs the older boy's arm.
"Hyung, please! Just talk to me!" Taehyun desperately exclaims with helpless fear evident in his eyes because if Mino leaves through that door, he will lose his best friend, his companion, his everything. If he allows Mino to walk away this instant, they will never be the same; Mino will never look at him again and Taehyun will never be able to forgive himself for allowing the only person in the world that made his heart skip a beat to walk away. "We can work it out, whatever the problem is!"
"You! You are my fucking problem!" Mino furiously roars as he turns on Taehyun and brutally grabs him by his forearms, pulling the maknae forward close enough that their noses touch and their lips hover inches away from each other, their labored breathing mixing and mingling as Mino deeply exhales his anger and frustration, Taehyun inhaling shock and confusion. "You are my fucking problem because you drive me up the wall."
Mino continues in that same irritated and spiteful tone, his dark brown orbs never leaving Taehyun's, his grip tightening on the maknae's arms, his lips far too close for comfort. Taehyun tries to say something, anything, when he's finally prevented Mino from leaving but his words fail him as his heart pulses rapidly against his rib cage. His voice was scratched and his common sense left in disarray, his body doing it's best to not give into Mino's warmth, his comforting smell, his familiar arms.
"Hyung, you're hurting me." Taehyun manages to croak out as he tries to pry himself away from Mino only to be pulled closer, the rapper's grip tightening against his skin as his lips settle in a displeased line that was close to a sneer. "Please let go and we'll talk--"
"There is nothing to talk about when it can't be helped, when it doesn't even matter anymore!" Mino angrily whispers as he lightly shakes Taehyun, his lips quivering, his icy orbs melting into soft golden specks that tug at Taehyun's chest, his hands automatically reaching for Mino's wrists as his fingers wrap around the golden skin, his eyes searching Mino's dark ones for answers, although he doesn't even know what questions he's asking. "There's no point if I am the only one feeling this way, Taehyun."
"Hyung--"
"And I get that it's wrong, I really do. But I just--I couldn't stop myself from giving into my feelings and before I knew it, I've lost my way back from the path I started on. I fell too fucking hard without any way of getting back up. I didn't know how to get up and I didn't want to know. I was just so happy feeling the way I did even though the feelings would never be recuperated because I was okay with just being by your side. I really was."
"Hyung, Please let go--"
"It was more than enough for me to be by your side, to be a hyung that you could rely on, could trust. I really didn't expect much from you in return but my feelings just grew stronger with each passing day because my thoughts would be constantly filled with you and my eyes would always be seeking you out. My world revolved around you and that fucking scared me, Taehyun. I was fucking scared of what I was feeling, so before letting it get any further, I tried to stop myself from feeling anything. I really did. I tried so fucking hard despite how much it hurt me to do that to you; to ignore you and pretend that you didn't exist when you were all I thought about. It hurt to pretend that you didn't matter to me when you are my everything. I just--I didn't want to cause you so much pain but I thought it was for the best, that this was the only solution."
"Hyung, you're not the only one whose--"
"And I still can't stop myself from feeling the way I do because I'm a fucking coward. Hyung is a pathetic coward, Taehyun. Even after everything I put you through, I still fucking want you, so damn much that I hate myself for it. I have no right to feel this way and yet I do and I don't know what to do about these feelings, these fucking emotions that are eating me away every single day, every single second that you are not with me--"
"Hyung!" Taehyun impatiently exclaims as he pries Mino's hands away from his forearms and instead wraps his around the older boy's nape, his lips messily crashing against Mino's, his nose unevenly bumping into the other's, his body stumbling forward with no grace. His hands make their way up Mino's nape and tousle into the dark fine hair, his blunt fingernails frantically scratching the scalp of the rapper's as a deep but stifled whine leaves the other's lips in surprise.
Taehyun leans into the sloppy kiss and pushes against Mino, the older boy's back hitting the door, Taehyun's lips eager and dominating, his lips bruised with excitement and greed, his heart beating in his ears at this newfound boldness, his fingers urgently grabbing onto Mino as a sigh leaves his cupid lips, Mino's body rigid and hesitant, his hands torn between pushing Taehyun away or pulling him inhumanly closer.
Taehyun makes the decision for him as he plasters himself against Mino's front, his tongue peeking out to lick at Mino's bottom lip, his fingers trailing down Mino's nape and across his chest, carelessly fumbling their way through the layer of t-shirt and hoodie combination before they land at the older boy's belt, Taehyun's finger snaking their way into the belt loop holes as he flush pulls Mino forward, the rapper stunned and flustered.
"And this is me telling you that we have other solutions, ones that involve less fighting and more this." Taehyun mumbles against Mino's lips as he places a small peck on Mino's upper lip, bottom lip, his chin, and his jaw before he locks gazes with the older boy again, the two sharing a quiet moment of silence that speaks volumes with their eyes alone, their gazes seeking the other out. "I'm giving you permission to kiss me, you idiot."
Taehyun impatiently says as his hand plaster against Mino's hip's, his fingers lightly splayed over toned and firm muscles, the older boy hesitantly watching Taehyun with cautious and unsure eyes, as if all of this was a beautiful nightmare that would come crashing down the second he wakes up, a nightmare that was his everything. He stares and stares for a long minute that causes Taehyun to groan in displeasure, the younger boy ready to throttle the rapper before Mino's hands frantically cup Taehyun's face as he pulls the maknae forward and meshes their lips together, their second kiss just as sloppy and perfect as the first, a smile playing Taehyun's lips as he leans into Mino's touch.
Mino's hands slowly drop from Taehyun's face and tenderly make their way to Taehyun's torso, his hands gingerly gripping onto the maknae's waist as he pulls the other closer, his body welcoming that familiar heat of the main vocalist that he only dared to consume in the deepest corners of his mind, a heat that he dreamt about in many ways that most friends did not. But they weren't friends, where they? Mino's mind helpfully supplies as he clings to the younger boy and nibbles on those pale lips that were in his fantasizes almost every night without fail, his tongue seeking out the other's as Taehyun's fingers clutch onto Mino's hoodie, his mind suddenly overcome with how real this was and how Mino was actually here and not in those distant and cold shadows that Taehyun couldn't reach him in.
"Mmff--" Taehyun whines into the kiss, his chest overcome with emotions of varying degrees, happiness triumphing in the end as he intimately snakes his arms around Mino's nape, his tongue giving into Mino's as the older boy peppers the kiss with soft pecks and licks that touch every corner of Taehyun, his hands on Taehyun's skin like an imprint that would mark his pale skin with a harsh scar, one that would follow Taehyun no matter where he went.
"Thank you for not giving up on me." Mino softly whispers against Taehyun's lips as he withdraws from the kiss and instead nibbles on the Taehyun's bottom lip, his dark orbs sincerely searching the maknae's, their breathing matching in rhythm, their hands tenderly caressing each other, their smiles soft and intimate. "Thank you for calling me out on my shit and for coming back no matter how much of an ass I was to you."
"Well, you know what they say about third times a charm." Taehyun contently mumbles with his gaze never leaving Mino's reddened lips, his fingers lazily messaging and running through the rapper's hair, a small smile on his lips as he leans in and looks up at Mino, their noses brushing against each other before Mino returns the smile. "Now shut up and kiss me for the third time."
Taehyun whispers with a small peck to Mino's lips before the rapper envelops the maknae in his arms and holds him in place as he peppers a third kiss on his lips, a fourth one on his nose, a fifth one his right cheek, a sixth on on his left, and a tenth one on his collarbone before he's pulled into a sloppy tongue kiss by the maknae, a glee of laughter leaving their lips as they stumble back against the door, their hands there to catch each other.
