I was depressed all day today. I was tired, we had a psychology test, then we talked about emotions. The people in my psychology class are really stupid. Not all of them. But some of them are. Best thing I can suggest is eating well and getting exercise. And as silly as this might sound- take 20 minutes or so, or however long you want and just concentrate on what's going well in your life and what you want and how it'd make you feel to have what you want. Meditate. Do what you can to stay positive... but seriously try and take some time to think about what you appriciate in life.
