i;ve no problem with the kiai, its just that i get way too tired to do things properly, by the end of this and last week's session i was stumbling about because of tiredness
that and i need to work on my zanshi....meaning that once i commit a cut i gotta run through and get as much distance away from the other guy incase he attacks from behind, but like i said...exhaustion

As for those seniors, think of how long they've already been doing kendo. ^^' I'm sure some of them would have started off where you are now. Unless, they've all been really into fitness from the beginning. :x

Re the kendo, just know that if it's tiring for you, it's even more tiring for me.
