Millard Fillmore and Martin van Buren MAY have been less competent then dubya,
but they were not "energetically incompetent"
they did not apply their incompetence,
but merely wandered ineptly through their terms of office...
and maybe it's just me,
but...
well, i'm not going to feel much of anything
until the inaugural, at the earliest...
