Wading through snow...
I changed into my hiking boots to walk home from work today (we've had two days of almost steady snowfall here in Cheonan), but didn't bother doing up the laces, since it's a five minute walk. No voice plus a mic still equals no voice
I completely lost my voice sometime last night and had to teach seven classes today, and I have another three tomorrow. The winter break cannot come soon enough!
This seems like a really sad post to be making after almost ignoring LJ for so long, but if I had any extra writing energy I'd have to use it for finishing up Yuletide! :) -

Last night in my dream I was directing and starring in a play. It was a one night only performance at the Norm, and some of the other actors were people that I know from Film Soc. Yuletide Candy Exchange!
I had completely forgotten that I signed up for the candy exchange until I got the email telling me who I will be sending to and one from the person sending to me. It's very exciting. New Experiences
This past weekend I ate dinner in a restaurant chain I'd never been to before...and it was an Outback Steakhouse. As soon as you walk in you feel as though you could be in North America - the entire menu is in English, even. The food is a bit pricey, but it was a fun place to try. One monthiversary
I decided to celebrate my first month in Korea by getting dinner at the Paris Baguette Cafe just up the road and staying at home to indulge my new addiction...making origami 3D stars.
