Well, I am full of suggetions, and some of them might be good.

1. talk to a mental health worker
2. remind yourself that the heat is temporary.
3. sit down once you get inside (air conditioned) wal mart, they usually have some kind of chair there. PLAN to do this, so that when you do it, it isn't to be taken as some kind of failure.
4. Look - hard - for work in the area for a pre determined time. If, in that time, you don't find a job, get the one back where it sucked so badly. it doesn't mean you have to stay forever. PLAN on leaving - give yourself a "turn in notice" date- and keep looking for work. I am told that employers prefer to hire people that have jobs. Which sounds like tax cuts for the rich and giving money to banks, but what do I know?

I know that it helps me a lot to set specific goals. And if I know that I am headed to a potential Hell, I tend to set a specific time when I get to leave - with all honor and credit due me - so that I can look forward to that fine day.

I think those are some great suggestions. It takes awhile to adjust after a big move like you've done too, so remember to take a bit to just settle your head in and get started with a mental health worker before you run out of meds and DEFINITELY don't start ANY job if you run out. Take care of all that first.

I hope things start to look up soon!
