Okay, lately, whenever I eat raw veggies, and even some cooked ones, I get terrible stomachaches. Sometimes it is just straight-up gas, other times it is nausea- and this is unacceptable

I looked it up (because gas and upset tummy is a real issue here, too), and they said that with eating veggies and increased fiber in your diet, it helps move the unhealthy byproducts out of your system; basically, it is helping to clean you out. This, unfortunately, causes gas; sometimes rank gas; often the gas causes an upset tummy.
Contemplate eating bean-o with your veggies, even the non-bean ones. I guess it helps.
