The Trip That Almost Wasn't

I made it to Los Angeles this afternoon for the 2009 Microsoft TechEd conference. I've been sick and the trip (which I've wanted to do for several years now and things kept coming up) was in jeopardy because of it. I generally get plenty of sleep, drink lots of water, eat (relatively) healthy foods, and walk a lot. So I don't get sick very often.

Glad you're feeling better. Sometimes, the antibiotics can make you feel worse that the symptoms. Fortunately, I haven't had a tonsil infection in more than a decade (I think part of it is diet that's kept me from a repeat), but always worry about it. I guess I'm sort of superstitious when it comes to having them out. I've never been convinced it wouldn't affect my singing voice? :) Am I the only one who worries about that?

I do worry, yea, but even the "pro vocalists" I know that have had it done say it didn't affect their singing voices. Unless they are sabotaging me.... hahaha ;)
