 My mother is baffling.  I'm apparently allowed to have people over, although I'm not allowed to go anywhere else.  And she suggested I host a party for tomorrow night, but says it to me so late that I'm sure everyone already has plans, so I'll still wind up stuck home alone and lonely for friendly company.  She even suggested inviting over the 2 ( Read more... )

My mom gave me permission to go to orgies last fall, while I was still pageturning. So I think she's slightly more openminded, and might be cool if I ever felt like coming clean to her about any sort of polyamory.

But then I think my parents think AOKP is some kind of sex-crazed cult. Not that they're too far wrong, but its not like each Court ends in an orgy... or does it?

Maybe I HAD better start attending more regularly, rather than just threatening to.

you know, if you get enough people complaining of the lack of --let's just call it Group Participation, shall we? If you have enough people complaining of the lack, you eventually have enough people to fill that lack.

I think Group Participation is a nice euphemism; clear enough in context, without being too clear out of context.
