Harry Potter

Here's my Harry Potter figurine.  Photos were taken in 2005 before he had to survive a fire.  Since then he's wilted a bit, dropped the firebolt, lost a few strands of hair, and his cloak flapping out behind him has cracked a bit.  He was actually made in 2002 or so.

He's made of polymer clay and was built on top of a Starbucks Frappuccino bottle

The fire actually happened while I was in London for Sectus. I called home after finishing Deathly Hallows to let my parents know that my goal of finishing it before my friends had it in their hot little hands in CA came true. London is eight hours ahead of us, I read it in about 6 hours- I found out upon finishing it that the kleenex crew was using me and my reactions to know when to shove tissues at the other readers. My dad let me know that my apartment had burned down the day before, but they weren't allowed in to see the damage. It didn't sink in until in book discussions while discussing the Fiendfyre that I got confused and said that it was said that the fire took out Harry's home. And then it all clicked. It was quite surreal.
