why am i an idiot? why am i always so prepared for something bad to happen that i can't realize the good that's happening? i need to let my guard down and enjoy this. even if it does end soon, or end badly...right now it's amazing and i should appreciate it now before i ruin it.

ok so. the vacay has been pretty chill. and by that i mean boring. we aren't in a place that has many people my age or a lot of fun things to do. we went deep sea fishing but i didn't really participate b/c i'm not down with that...and i spent most of the time hanging over the boat, puking! we're going to the dog track tonight to see them race.
