No problem. I am a very good negotiator too. This is nuts. I haven't gotten sent home from work because of snow since 1989. (nearly wrote 1898 but I am not THAT old... although I do feel like it sometimes)

SNOW DAY!! SNOW DAY!! People are going whoopsie in their cars. The roads are a mess and we are not equipped to handle snow/sleet/ice. I am so glad to be home. I love a thrill ride but this is ridiculous.

This is the maybe the 5th time it has snowed in N'Awlins since I've been around (and that is 53 years today). My yard is WHITE.

it is here because I had plans to go out to dinner (much scowling and gnashing of teeth)... It's OK though because it is purty and I have lots of books to read, Rome to watch and tea to drink. Indian can wait.
