just so everyone knows...icy hot is full of shit and bengay ultra strength loses it's ultra strength, actually it's strength at all, after about 2 weeks of use....but then again i don't think bengay was made to be used for weeks at a time...does anyone think mixing the two would be a bad idea?? because i'm running out of ways to make the pain go

i just got this ridiculously strong urge to watch RHPS.....hmm weird...but since it's almost 11 and i'm tired i guess it'll have to wait until tomorrow

i feel like crap....i can't breathe through my nose, i'm coughing like every 2 minutes and each time i cough either my head, throat, or stomach muscles hurt, my whole body is sore from baton, guard, and hurting my hamstring...ahh i feel like i'm dying
