*grin* Love this first part and had to comment on it separately as the second part makes me a little incoherent with HOT.

Love that you're going into the idea of River being a quasi-mythological figure, the idea of how they both effect and are recorded in history is a really interesting one that i like to read in fic.

It's hilarious - the Doctor's arousal and guilty frustration at getting turned on by River being in control of all these lethal guards, at being chained up. The dialogue is pitch perfect.

There are lots of little touches, little lines that make this perfect- you really have the detail spot on. I love this line:
She raises one foot to perch on the opposite armrest and through the fall of her dress exposes a rather impressively curved length of leg. The Doctor's head fills with the golden ratio, the pyramids, Cleopatra, River as Cleopatra, even as his hand goes to readjust his bowtie, before he remembers to play it cool
