Rain, Rain, Go away, Come again another day!

The Fire Department just woke me up.  They are enforcing a mandatory evacuation in my mom's town.  So I'm off yet again.  I think to my grandmother's house in Goshen, NY.  My mother is calling us "refugees" as if this is some Katrina-esq event.  I'm not amused by any of it.  Damn rain!
