So today was my first day at IHR and it was lovely.  The first three hours of our day were meetings, then we had an hour lunch, then we got a detailed tour, papers, filled out paper work, played with the computer system and generally chilled out.   Our supervisor is really nice and I do indeed meet my first clients next Friday!  Very exciting!
