Help, please!
The April exhibit at the Frank Bette Art Center will be a juried exhibit of photo-based art. During the last weekend of February, 40 photographers will take pictures in Alameda; those photos will be used in the exhibit. I thought this would be a fun project to do, so I'm applying in hopes that I will be chosen for the exhibit. (Here's more exhibit information.)
I need to submit three prints of my work, and this is where you can help. I've had a hell of a time choosing the photos I think would be worth entering, and I've only been able to whittle it down to fourteen. I'd like everyone to take a look at them and tell me which three YOU would choose.
I have no idea what sort of things the juror will be looking for, so I think the best plan would be to submit pictures that show a variety of subjects, moods, and styles. Keep this in mind as you look through the pictures. Click on "full image" below each one to see the larger version.
After you've perused them, fill in the poll here. (If you don't have an LJ account, you'll need to leave a comment telling me your picks, since you won't be able to use the poll.) I've put in a table of thumbnails so you can see which photo is which. You can click on the thumbnails to see medium-sized versions.
