Time is flying by here. Larry works 12-14 hour days and I spend a lot of time alone. It's getting a bit tiresome, but I knew what we were getting into ( Read more... )

It is a big adjustment moving to a new place, new job and new routine. I am glad your hubby is spending time with you when he is off.

As far as your son. this is a really big change for him I am sure.. and missing all his old friends. Has he made some new ones yet.. or working? Maybe some new activities before he gets that holdrum feeling that sticks.

We feel so guilty bringing our son here. After 3 weeks they fired him. He was just about to talk to HR about they way they treated him. It seems 1 manager was ok with him another didn't like him. He asked Ronn to stay until 10 pm everynight. THe store closed at 9 his work done he and other employees left at 9:30. So they fired only him for insubordination. I have been on the phone and have emailed Gamestop to ask how this could have happend and that I feel this manager was jealous and felt threatend by his knowledge. How in 2 years he's worked for this company only being only absent 2 times could he be a problem employee. No one has contacted me. What a coincidence he was fired not even a week after he asked for his vacation time coming to him.But I am not giving up I still call and write. All I get when I call is either nothing we can do now he's been fired or someone will be in contact with me.

it's rewarding to spend time there but even more seeing them get adopted. And alot do too. I ahve almost brought several home. But that is hard because we rent and it's very hard to find places that accept 3 cats and a dog as it is.

12-14 hours, wow that's real crazy. I hope he'll stay healthy with such hours.

And very hilarious joke. ;)

Larry's been just exhausted but i have been for a month now doing vitamins and extra vitamin C so far he's had cold symptoms once and it lasted 2 days. SO I think it's helped.

I am so glad things are going so well for you, and that you are doing volunteer work.

I don't know how Larry is doing it with all of those long hours, but it is nice you spend time together on his off time. I bet the mountains are beautiful this time of year.

Are you ready for the cold? I bet that will be quite an adjustment, too.

Hi, I get your emails sorry I haven't replied. About the cold well we haven't had it bad yet although it's about 32 right now and it did make me irritable this morning during the drive waiting for the car to heat up!!! I think we'll do fine..

Worry not, Cindy about replying. I know how busy you are. I'll be sending one to you probably within the next, hope to anyway. Please look for it, because it will have important information. Thanks :)

I'm sure you will do fine, and will adjust. I just love hearing how you all are doing. Keep me posted, okay?
