I've had a grilled caesar salad before. It tasted surprisingly okay.

Grilled chicken salad could work, grilled potato salad might, grilled egg salad is unlikely to do well.

Oddly, one of the cafeterias at the Technion (Haifa, Israel) specialized in grilled salad. I think it had lettuce and carrots in it, don't recall what else. It was pretty much a universal condiment on their grilled sandwiches, along with hummus.

I was rather surprised to discover I actualy liked chicken, grilled salad, and hummus on a sub roll.
