mystery bumps

So I wake up this morning to find my stomach and back is covered in tiny red bumps. Im all rashy and gross..ick. I have no idea what it is, or what its from..So far people have told me its herpes, eczema, a reaction to medicine..I could go on. Personally, I dont think its any of those..and NO, I DO NOT HAVE HERPES ON MY STOMACH
