I know it's early, but I made my pumpkin pie today for Thanksgiving! I am home this year and even though I am not having a big turkey dinner (Lean Cuisine turkey dinner is pretty good, lol), I had to make my own pie like I always do.
I should have taken a picture before I tasted it though! Oh well, it came out great and tastes heavenly!

I'll make one before Christmas and you can have half when you visit! The crust came out perfect too, figures when I make it for myself it always comes out perfect,lol.
I'm still eating it for dessert every night ;-)

Lol, well, it is a BIG pie! I would probably throw up if I ate it in a day, lol.

Ha ha! Yep, I sure did ;-) I wish I could make a turkey dinner like you though! And chicken soup like yours - yummy ;-))
