Last week I was bored and I was reading the newsletter put out by the center for independent living in Phoenix named ABIL.  There are lots of different articles in there, a tech swap shop, and news about different events going on. Sounds like it will be fun! I think you should play yourself. I'm surprised they don't want to practice with service dogs. That worries me.

It worries me too, since they are going to have to deal with service dogs in reality if disaster does strike... Oh well. Pogo? Mine is Pete, ... second cane will be repeat.

I spoke to the co-ordinator and it's not the service dogs she's too worried about. There's nothing that they can do if I or anyone else show up with my dog. However it's the idiots that think that it's okay to bring their pets, pass them off as service dogs, and she's said in the past the pet dogs have created a real problemThey with the service dogs. They will deal with it, but have asked when at all possible to leave the service dog at home. Seeing as to how Mac has the shits when he gets overstressed he'll be staying home.

Yeah, it would be unfair stress on him. Make sure they know that no paperwork is required for a real service dog. That has been an issue in emergencies all over the country.

LOL. We'll see. Just depends on what strikes me when I wake up very early in the morning on that day. I may be bitchy deafblindy becuz I doubt I'll have much time for coffee. The drop off is supposedly six a.m. and because my mom has to be to work at 5, she'll have to drop me off about 4 GROSS!
