I'm not sure if I could try a pigs ear... Seaweed soups sounds interesting, though.

I'll try anything once...but I'm never going to eat a pig's ear again.

And I generally am not a huge fan of seaweed because of the fishiness, but the soup wasn't fishy at all. It had a weird back flavor that you don't get in American food, probably from the seaweed or the soybeans.
