It's been over a month since I've posted.  I think I've been super busy.  I finished a presentation for a conference that was this past week.  I didn't go and I didn't present it (and I didn't want to do either anyway because of the craziness of classes right now).  But I hope it went well

Ooh...that coffee cake looks good. I ended up making a pumpkin roll. Have you ever tried it? It's pretty fun.

I think I actually did try doing a pumpkin roll once. :) I remember not making it look pretty, but people seemed to like it.

I should make something for my mom's dinner, maybe I can try making it dairy free.

just a note - the check engine light may have come on because you hit a 100,000 miles - some do that - also check the gas cap - retighten it - sometimes it is that
