Have you had symptoms?
I am going to the Doctor today, to get a blood test.
Kym is here, she is going to take me.
(Josh has been on a job for the week, and has to have the car all day, so she is taking me today.)
If all goes well at the Doc's, I will try to call you today.

I have a belated Birthday gift that I need to get to you.
