actually...this camera isn't entirely manual. it has the ability to switch back and forth between automatic and manual...but its still a pretty sweet camera. ;)

i love my camera. the only thing i don't like about it is how heavy it is. the lens weighs a ton!! but its a fabulous camera and if it wasn't so expensive and if i wasn't worried about breaking it, dropping it, or losing it, i might carry it around with me more often. its just so much easier to throw my tiny digi in my pocket or purse, you know?

Ohhh, I totally know what you mean! I wish SLRs fit compactly. I hate having to take my backpack with my whenever I have the SLR. Yet, it's the bulkiness of it that I like -- it makes you look more credible than a dinky little digicam.

i love this camera, but i've gotten so used to the instant gratification of digital, that its hard to switch back, you know? :\ by the way- i LOVE the ring you got for your birthday!! how sweet!!

i know exactly what you mean, i love how on digitals you can re-take a picture because you know how it turns where as film, it's a one chance thing.
