i was wondering:

do you think that it's possible to force yourself to hate someone?

if anyone has any ideas on how i could go about doing that, i'd really love to hear it.

love and hate are both passionate emotions
hating someone I think takes just as much out of you...

why oh why Kerry would you want to do that?

obligatory "why kerry?" stuff:
it's a really shitty feeling to replace caring with hate. it's also pretty shitty when you have these complex paradoxical feelings for somebody that shouldn't be there but won't go away, but at least when they finally fade you'll be in a better place overall. hating somebody is really draining. and after all, you are still showing how important they are to you if you choose to delegate such a strong emotion to them.

i'd say no
much in the same way that you can't force yourself to love someone.

Hate would be a waste of energy hun.
