So I don't know if any of you watched the Packers Vikes game on Monday but his performance stood out for two reasons ( Read more... )

Yeah favre is really getting it done this year and i dont understand it. Because he wasn't all that great last year. He is getting good protection, and it really helps to have a sick running game i guess. But you are right about the lack of good young QBs. They did something during the MNF game where they showed teams that had dominant QBs and where they have gone since, and almost all of them had gone through 7-10 QBs in less than 15 years and won 1 or 0 post season games. That's pretty sad. Big Ben and Eli have obviously made names for themselves and now theres Flacco and Ryan, and if he werent on the Lions I think Stafford would be lightin it up. not to mention Sanchez is looking okay as of course theres Cutler. But really, in the last ten years, there had jsut been an abundance of mediocrity ( ... )

i think the seahawks can turn it around with matt hasslebeck back from injury but then again the whole NFC West is a toss up to me

I like that I said how Kyle Orton is pretty good right before our OT duel, goddamn I hate him

also another seahawks note: they beat the Jags 41-0 they can't be all bad

another seahawks note: im not really sure why I am defending this pick so adamantly but hey if Jim Mora Jr. can lead the Falcons to the NFC championship game with Vick at the wheel then he should be able to lead the Seahawks with a real qb to the playoffs

Dude I think it's hilarious with Brett. He's so ridiculous in his offseason antics (I love how he skipped training camp this year- classic) but he's the man on the field! I hope he wins a superbowl with Minnesota, preferably beating the Packers in the playoffs at some point, as well as Eli and Peyton. I can't wait to see him in two weeks go up against Big Ben!
