First a cheese and fruit tray to fortify the boys for dogwalking duties.

The main event:

acorn squash soup
turkey-lurkey
a simple herbed stuffing
mashed taters
rolls
haricots with tarragon
carrots with a honey-ginger glaze
brussels sprouts with bacon and thyme
cranberry chutney

pear-cranberry pie
punkin pie

My vote for best day-after turkey sandwich - mayo, lettuce, stuffing, with a sprinkling of pepper. And if it can be on homemade bread, all that much better.
