Hello,

This is my first post on this new journal but instead of introducing myself, I figured I'd jump right in.

I seeee you! Also, recently heard that John *is* coming back for Season 3, though it might a shorter one- fewer than 13 episodes.

Honestly, I don't really see the show working without him.

Plus, I'd totally miss his ACTING. It strikes me that JB's performance as the lead of Torchwood is basically the exact opposite of say, the Flan's. Like how John Barrowman has a tendency to play it melodramatically to the back row of your living room, whereas the Flan is weirdly self-contained. And how Jack is omnisexual and John comes off as practically asexual sometimes.

Anyway, I should go write instead of making lj comments. Shouldn't I.

BUT I also heard that its going to be turned into a stop gap show for Dr. Who whenever its not on the air and lose most of its edginess to be more family friendly, and it goes without saying, probably its queerness as well. Even with JB still around it wouldn't be the same. If Freema and James Marsters joined the group or they got people equally cool, it would still suck if it wasn't as, well desperately flirty as the show is now.

JB really is the Anti-Flan. Or maybe, the Flan is the Anti-Barrowman? Man I need an icon of both of them looking demonic with those phrases underneath!

I wonder what would happen if they met? Do you think the universe would implode? Or they would be drawn to each other like opposite sides of a magnet? ;)

I thought the whole, "Owen's dead, no wait just kidding. But he's going to die this time! Except not really. But then there's no way he'll make it through...haha gotcha again" thing made his actual death kind of lame. Because when a major character dies, I want to be sad. But by the time they killed him, all I could think was, "if they try to bring him back this time, I will be so pissed ( ... )
