I do a lot of baking with fruit purees and molasses. Honey is delish too. I'm conflicted about Splenda. Yes, it's made from real sugar. But high fructose corn syrup is made from corn, and that doesn't make it any less poisonous...
I'll let you know when there are delicious things to eat from Foundation Grounds that are properly-glycemic index aligned, 'cause we all deserve to eat wonderful foods, regardless of dietary restrictions.

Sometimes there can be alternatives - honey, raw sugar, teh evil splenda etc. They don't make them exactly as planned but still nommy :D
