Played DDR today with cette_vie and sheridankm at the MIT student center. I have no coordination and probably looked like an epileptic scarecrow, but it was a good work-out. Then, KMS and her dad very kindly gave me a ride to Harvard Square, where I wandered first into the news kiosk then into the Harvard Coop asking for directions to Raven Used Books. My friend Brad always used to drag me to that arcade to play DDR.

My legs were soooooo sore last night. The last used books I bought (down in South Carolina) gave me dust allergies ... but these are much better. And yes -- I've joined the swelling ranks of dorky loser teenagers who substitute DDR for all the high school dances they were too scared to attend. ...Just kidding.

Winterson is one of my favorite writers, as you know. You have a book of hers I haven't read! To the lighthouse is also precious. And I love One Hundred Years... so much.
