It's halfway through lunch and I'm waiting to find out how I did on the case study.

We had to underwrite two full spectrum policies. The first, a no-brainer, was an insurance agent from Jersey that only needed a request for sprinkler and building updates. The second was a $70k employee dishonesty claim in California with lots of twists and turns.
