Setting: Kabuto's lab
Summary: Knocked unconscious during a routine patrol, Tenten wakes up to find herself in a whole different ball game.

Between the sleeping and the waking, there existed a thin barrier of transition that only lasts for a few seconds while a person remains in limbo. Tenten remembered leaving that place with a sharp pin prick to her temple. And then came the dull pain, pounding against her skull. With a groan and a wince at how the sound only made things worse, she tried to rub away the ache but found her limbs heavy and sluggish, almost too heavy to lift. And even then, it was only a few inches from the soft bedding beneath her.
The movement started a chain reaction within her system, starting with dizziness that slowly bleeded into the nausea. Thankfully the feeling did not last long, however, she would have taken it over the splitting headache that followed after. And only then did Tenten note the telltale clamour that came with the sharp tug against her wrist when she had attempted to touch at her temple. Alarmed, the young kunoichi squinted her eyes open finally take a look at her surroundings, finding nothing of the the familar hospital scene she was used to seeing. What in the world is going on?
