I'm afraid it's not hell.

[And don't mind the laughing. Hakkai is not laughing at you, really. It's just so funny... because he's said something similar before.]

This place is called Somarium. Most people go here in their dreams, but... apparently some come here after they die.

In their dreams?

I don't mean to be rude but that sounds entirely ridiculous.

I understand. It seems entirely implausible. However, I'm quite certain that I'm not dead.

So I should just believe this is the land of dreams because there is no other explanation that makes sense?

Quite. The stigma attached to hell really is unbecoming at times. I, for one, see nothing wrong in spending an eternity in a place where the only rule is freedom and freedom alone.

I assume you're one of Hell's followers then?

Short answer? Hell factorial.

Long answer? It's somebody's fun idea of a nightmare, and we're stuck in it whether we like it or not.

Not that it should bother you, really. You don't have anywhere to return to, do you.

That is all...extremely vague.

I suppose it doesn't bother me. I've never really had anywhere to return to in the first place.

[... a huff.]

Yeah, well, this city might be the world's most freakin' annoying city of all time, but... at least it's constant. You can find a place to return to here.

Which brings me to my next question. How do we leave?

You're awfully demanding for a new arrival.

Is is unusual for someone to ask questions when they wake up in an unfamiliar place?

Well, I don't remember my arrival perfectly, but I think there was more talking and looking than asking. Mostly, I wondered about the Dreamberry and tried not to panic, landing in a quaint country village in the middle of nowhere.

What a nightmare.

I think I prefer the more direct approach of asking then merely wandering around.

I haven't died at all and my sister isn't here as well.

Yes, so I've been told.

What makes you think it is?

I was dying. As far as I know I should be dead. So I assumed this must be an after life of some sort.
