Is anyone else scared of Real ID?

This article at CNet explains what Real ID is and how it was passed through Congress. Basically it turns state drivers licenses into National ID cards. When they mentioned that it might use RFID I keep thinking of Minority Report when the ads are saying stuff like "Eric, you can use a new CK shirt
