Ya Risk and Chance must have % factors in their software.

Another odd language issue I see all the time is from my offshore teams. Instead of saying "I have a question about x", they tend to say "I have a doubt about x". This makes them sound like assholes but really they just need clarification on something. A trick of the translation I suspect. I'm often correcting them on this (especially new people)
