I'm seriously considering
trying out the
Everyman sleep schedule as an alternative to my current chronic insomnia and restless nights. This means that I'll start sleeping in the following pattern: three hours from around 1:30 to 4:30 (give or take half an hour or so), then 20 minutes around 9:30, then 20 minutes around 14:30, then 20 minutes
