Everyman, Day 7

So much for updating in the evenings. I'll have to work on that.

Yesterday went quite smoothly. I did go ahead and sleep in another hour and a half in the morning, and it was luxurious. I felt like I'd slept until noon or something-- but it was only 6:00. Having so much sleep did make it a bit more difficult to get to sleep for naps, though. I took them all around an hour later than usual, since I woke up so late and I just wasn't getting tired until then. And I did fall asleep eventually, each time, though I'm not sure how long it took or how long I was actually asleep. But that didn't really matter that much because I had more than enough energy to get through the day. And my throat's better! The extra sleep did the trick, I think.

One thing I'm noticing is that I have trouble sleeping all the way through the naps-- I wake up a few minutes before the white-noise track goes off and the alarm starts. And each time I wake up like that I think I've overslept my nap, even though the white noise is still playing in my ears. Perhaps I'll sleep through the naps better when my body grows to depend on them more.

As for this morning, waking up went fine... except that I didn't wake up until the alarm clock had already been going off for half an hour or so. This alarm clock just won't do, honestly. I hope I get my phone back soon. I am feeling awake enough, though. My morning-phase never feels bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, but I'm not falling over from exhaustion or anything. Just yawning a bit. And perhaps even that will go away, given time.
