Please go to the doctor. I had a 'cold', but it turned out to be a sinus infection. Since those don't just go away, I had to gank some antibiotics to fight it off. This is worth looking into.

I did go, and he has me on some antibiotics. Apparently I have something that's been going around for a little while.

Ugh. I really hate being sick.
