Dude, they made a simple mistake. They probably get a couple hundred of those per day, so it's likely that one would slip by. Stop acting like they shot your dog.

Yeah, I admit it was a simple mistake. But the fact this was the first response I've ever actually received to an in-game ticket (submitted at least twelve now) I was really annoyed.
