AHHH!
So yesterday was the best freakin way to start ANY summer!
Kristen came over reeeeeeallly early because we had secret plans for
the day. Our plan was to go to Eds house and wake him up on his
birthday with his favorite cereal. So we headed over there around 10,
thinking he would still be asleep. My mom knocked on the door, but no
one answered. So I used Kristen's cell phone to call his house, so his
mom comes outside and says that Ed insisted on sleeping over his
friends house and that she had tried everything to keep him from going.
So we had to alter our plans.
His mom said that she would go pick him up and we would garage sale in
the mean time. So we did. And it was TOO FREAKIN HOT FOR ME TO HAVE
BEEN WEARING JEANS! But it was a little late for changing that.
I called his mom again and she said that she had picked him up and
would keep him at home until we got there. wOoT so we drove over. While
we were still in the car, a song comes on by Meatloaf (the band, not
the food) that my mom remembers when she was 18 or something. It was
about how someone was gonna go all the way tonight. WOAH MOM. Me and
Kristen were dying though. I am definitely downloading it.
The three of us walked to his garage door and knocked on it. Ed opens
it with his hair wet and says "Oh, no." Haha, glad to see you too Ed!
So we gave him his Cocoa Puffs and the card that we made and came in
for a little bit. He was still pretty shocked. Then we saw the zoo and
at one point my mom had three ferrets on her and was pretty scared and
I got BIT. Its still kinda puffy even after 24 hours.
But then we had to go so we wished Ed a very happy birthday and were on our way.
Ed's Cocoa Puffs and card.
Hehe I made the card-that-wasnt-really-a-card-because-it-was-just-a-sheet-of-lined-paper-because-I-ran-out-of-printer-paper.
Ew! I look gross...
Kristen stayed over for a bit and we rode scooters to the dollar store
and DQ. It was really hot so while we were skeet-skeeting home, we
tried to run through this person's sprinkler but they were standing
outside, so we only got a little wet. We bought really cool necklaces
from the dollar store-- AND THEY WERE ONLY A DOLLAR!! Then Kristen got
picked up, so I was left with nothing to do for the rest of the day.
But then Kevin called and asked if I wanted to come watch a movie with
him and Tera. So he came and picked me up and then we had to go to his
brother's soccer game and then we went to the movie store and picked up
National Treasure and the Amityville Horror. Now, for all of you that
dont know me well, I have never seen any seriously scary movies in my
sad pitiful life. So I thought that Amityville was pretty scary, but it
was ok because I had Kevin there. Hehe. We finished the movie at 11, so
Kevin and Tera dropped me off at my house, but not before freaking me
out with a story about how a worker died in Kevin's house and now it's
haunted. I couldn't even figure out if he was telling the truth..
There is no way possible that today could be better because I wont be able to see any of my friends, especially Kevin.
Oh! BTW, the folk dance group that I am in will be performing
tomorrow in the Detroit Festival of the Arts on the stage next to the
International Institute which is east of Woodward. I believe we will be
performing at 2 or 230, so if you wanna see me dance. Or not.
Ugh, a whole hour of my life. GONE!
Comment?!?!?
