well, if they came to mind first, then they're probably pretty important! but I also kind of feel like I associate you with some other movie that I can't think of either, haha.

Haha yeah I still feel like the list is missing something, hmmm. I mean I mean if we're going with favorite movies, Lord of the Rings would be on there, but I don't know that it "defines" me as much as the others I've put.

Awesome list! I'd never heard of The 5 Obstructions so I read the Wikipedia article on it and I'll have to watch it eventually. It sounds really interesting.

I thought about doing this meme myself but while I can easily come up w/10 movies I love I don't know that I can make a list of films that say anything about me. I think I'd have an easier time listing books or TV shows.

It's a pretty interesting movie! I've seen it described as incredibly pretentious, and it kind of is, but in a way that I like apparently. Probably helps that I first saw it back when I was especially interested in the behind-the-scenes aspect of filmmaking.

It was an interesting exercise. I just tried to think of stuff off the top of my head mostly - and I think it would be fun to do with books and TV shows, too! (And bands).
