Yes, the old man has spoken again last week. In his latest attempt to redirect all focus from the incompetent million dollar team in managing the recent DBS-Minibonds saga, he revisited his favourite topic.

During a recent Human Capital Summit, the old man spoke on assortative mating which means finding a spouse of your level. He cited the example

All I can see is that the old man's ego is extremely high - too high for the comfort of the common men and women in the streets, the ones who had put him up on the pedestal in the first place.

Without these common men and women, on whose backs he rode upon to reach his zenith, he would have been nobody. A leader claiming credit to himself, using the mass media as a tool at his disposal, is no leader at all.

A real leader will give credits to his people without hesitation, even though it could be his own credits. Worst of all is to claim credit based upon the hardwork of the masses who have toiled and suffered in silence.

And a person who sues with the slightest fancy, at a drop of the hat, is pretty much a modern dictator.
